With the outbreak and ever-changing information wearing us down, it is easy to let worry consume us with each day that this virus is still effecting our lives. Staying in constant worry can have a real impact on your health including headaches, an upset stomach, and sometimes even breathing problems!

This is why it is important to find ways to stay positive, laugh, and keep smiling through difficult times. This can be accomplished by speaking to close family and friends, exercising, reaching out to a counselor or clergyman, or simply finding things that will make you laugh.
