Seth Gursky, MD, believes in ethical treatment of patients and served as a member of a medical ethics committee at East Jefferson Hospital in Louisiana. Additionally, his beliefs follow giving back in volunteerism, offering his medical services to athletes during the Crescent City Classic 10k race held in New Orleans and to misplaced residents of Hurricane Isaac. Dr. Gursky’s participation in medical missions to Nicaragua involved supervising medical students and providing primary and urgent care to underserved residents.
He graduated from St. Matthew’s University in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, B.W.I and is certified in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Gursky’s residency training was completed at Family Medicine Resident East Jefferson General Hospital at the Tulane School of Medicine in Metairie, LA.
