Sandra has joined Doctors Care’s Health Coverage Team as an Enrollment and Outreach Specialist. She was born and raised in Lakewood and attended the Community College of Denver in hopes of receiving a degree in Business Administration before switching to Early Childhood Education. Sandra is currently on a pause from college but still wanted to find meaning in her work, which led her to Doctors Care. She has a passion for advocating for marginalized communities and improving health equity. In her free time, she likes finding new restaurants, going on hikes, and exploring farmer’s markets.
