Madison is excited to assist Doctors Care’s administrative team as Human Resources Manager. Madison has over ten years of Human Resources experience working in both corporate and family-owned organizations, but this is her first time in the nonprofit sector. As a former military spouse who transitioned to the civilian world, she understands how challenging it can be to navigate medical coverage, especially for those without employer-sponsored insurance. This experience motivated Madison to work at Doctors Care as an advocate for both patients and coworkers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son camping, fishing, and staying active in any way they can. There is also an exciting future ahead for her family, with a second child on the way!
