Bebe Kleinman, MNM

Bebe Kleinman has dedicated her life to giving back to her community. For almost 40 years, Bebe has worked in the nonprofit sector, focusing on serving children and families in need. She has been the CEO of Doctors Care since 1999 and is passionate about supporting a more just society for all community members.

Bebe continues looking for innovative solutions to strengthen the nonprofit sector and ensure everyone has their basic needs met to live happy, productive lives. In 1996, Bebe was selected as a Colorado Trust Fellow and received a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Her past experiences include Program Director for The Women’s Foundation of Colorado, Director of Development for The Gathering Place, and Executive Director for Douglas County Senior Services.

Bebe lends her expertise and progressive voice across many organizations in the Tri-City region. She currently sits on multiple boards of directors, all with a mission to provide those in need with basic necessities, such as housing and healthcare. In 2023, she was invited to sit on Arapahoe County’s Public Health board and continues to play a significant role as a board member of the Colorado Access Governing Council, South Metro Community Foundation, and Colorado Safety Net Collaborative – to name a few.

Your Support Makes a Difference

Providing access to health care for Colorado’s most vulnerable populations is a community effort. When we partner with community organizations, corporations, foundations, and individuals, we ensure patients have access to medical and non-medical needs, including food, housing, mental health services, and transportation. The Building a Lasting Legacy event is more than a decadent lunch at a beautiful venue. It creates an opportunity for everyone to celebrate Doctors Care’s strides toward an equitable healthcare system by funding direct services for patients and clients. Doctors Care’s conservative budget for this event allows for additional dollars to go toward our mission to provide affordable, high-quality health care and services that promote overall health and wellness for those in need. It also provides a mechanism for care to be uninterrupted by funding additional resources for patients and clients, such as the cost of a share-ride so they can make their appointment, King Soopers gift cards for immediate food security, language interpretation services, and more.

We appreciate the support of all of our sponsors!
