Paul Heskin, RN, MBA, BSN, is a senior nursing and operational leader with extensive experience in various health systems in Colorado and Illinois. He currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at AdventHealth Parker Hospital. Paul began his healthcare career in 2004 as a nursing assistant at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL, while attending nursing school. He worked as a pediatric ICU nurse in Illinois and Colorado before transitioning into leadership roles. His first leadership position was in the Heart Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado. From 2017 to 2021, Paul was the Assistant CNO at Rose Medical Center, and since 2021, he has been with AdventHealth, serving as the CNO at Avista and now Parker.

Paul’s professional journey is marked by his unwavering commitment to healthcare equity and his ability to adapt to the evolving challenges and opportunities in the industry. His leadership and vision continue to drive positive change, making a significant impact on the communities he serves. His dedication to equity in healthcare and education is evident through his extensive work in his career and volunteer efforts, including participation in hospital, regional, and enterprise committees, as well as community boards.

Paul grew up outside of Chicago and has lived in Colorado for the past 15 years with his wife and two children.
