Below are the policies and procedures Doctors Care has implemented to keep you safe:
All staff, patients, and visitors entering Doctors Care will have their temperatures checked. All patients coming to Doctors Care will undergo prescreening for COVID-19 risk factors.
Patients at high risk for COVID-19 will be directed to call reception upon arrival to the clinic. They must wait in the parking lot until a staff member comes out to escort them into the clinic.
Social Distancing and Face Covering
We require everyone in the facility to wear a facemask. Facemasks are available at the greeters’ desk.
All staff, patients, and visitors adhere to social distancing guidelines, keeping a 6-foot distance from others whenever possible, in addition to using facemasks.
Doctors Care staff frequently clean all surfaces of the clinic, following the CDC infection prevention guidelines. As an extra safety measure, shared items (magazines, pamphlets, etc.) in waiting rooms have been removed. To prevent cross contamination, well visits occur in the morning, and sick visits occur in the afternoon. Facemasks, hand sanitizer, and other infection control measures are readily available to all our patients and visitors.
